Note: Many players have been experiencing a problem with this item and the Green Tea appearing in their yards. The bug has been reported to EA and the developers are investigating it and working on a fix. They should be able to change the spawn ratio to make the items appear more often (like they did with the Flower Head Garland during Flower Power Week in May 2012).
