Skill levels in this item are divided into three parts. Once you have completed a part, you automatically move on to the next part and the skill interactions from the previous part are no longer available.

After completing all the skill levels, this item will instantly gain 100,000 ; as well as award you the Highness Crown, which is used in the limited time LEOPOLD'S LUTE quest.
